Lovely comfortable shoe, and while I've heard them called 'heavy', I find them wonderfully light. (but I suppose its all comparative.
Used for 15-30k a week, big fella, plodding along at a 6:30 - 7:00 pkm pace.
I'm not an explosive runner, so can't really comment on responsiveness.
I'd imagine they'd absorb a lot of return energy, but for my purposes of protecting my knees, they're epic.
Very stable, and brilliantly cushioned.
