“Excellent trainers fit perfect, I usually take a size 9 these were a 9.5 and I found that was ideal. Just the right amount of cushioning in the mid sole and not too slack or tight around the toes and top of foot. I tried a couple of easy jogs (2-3 miles) and also a longish mid-fast paced run or around 6-7 miles and they have been great at either level. Bought online from Northern Runner in Newcastle where I received top notch service.
