“Nice socks, delivered quickly, but wrong colour sent. I received three pairs of grey and black socks - not the black ones I requested. Would obviously have preferred black. Didn’t send back because too much of a faff. Disappointing. Have used this service before with good results, and this doesn’t deter me from using again - just disappointing that I didn’t receive what I ordered. If they had been another colour would have definitely returned. Bought for work, and only able to wear black socks (and only actually owned black socks for ease up until this point). Shame.”
