“I have tried several different trainers to counter my over pronation problem, which is quite severe, including most recently the New Balance Rubix but the Hoka Ahari 3 are by far the best trainers I’ve ever run in. The extra cushioning makes it feel like you are running on air and it seems less effort to run. The design makes the foot lift off the ground with less effort (rocks you forward a little) and the wide toe bed gives plenty of room for expansion when you feet get hot. I’ve got a very narrow foot but they are a very good fit around the side and top of the foot without feeling too tight. Highly recommend.”
