“Absolutely love this shoe. I have been running in the Escalante 1.5 for about two years and needed a change. I bought the Escalante 2.0 but found it to be too rigid and felt unconnected with the ground I was running on. Having bought the racer it feels like the 1.5 but snugger, especially around the back of the foot. Your feet still have plenty of room but now locked in and lighter.
