I m finding these to be as light and nimble as the speed instinct but with a bit more cushioning and a LOT more grip in the mud a really good all rounder for mid to long distance runs .
Size wise they’re a bit more generous than the speed instinct so no need to go half a size bigger all round another cracking shoe from Hoka”
