“Went straight to these zero drop shoes from 12mm drop shoes, with no issues. They are not minimalist soles, so are not so different from higher heeled cushioned shoes that you can't go straight to wearing them for every run. Have run 70 miles in them over two weeks so far. Brilliant! Plenty of cushioning, comfy roomy toe box, no inner sock seams, and excellent fit around heel and ankle. These shoes will fit custom orthotic insoles if required. I have tried with and without mine and both ways work fine. Longest runs in the two weks I've had these shoes were 3 x 10 miles. Will try a 13-15 miler next weekend. Really impressed so far!”
