“I have been nervous of running as I have bad knees but my stamina level is poor so needed attention. So giving 0-5k a go. I thought new running shoes would help and boost my morale. After extensive research went for these and after 3 weeks I am glad to report they have been a real blessing. The zero drop helps give me good posture and the shoes give my a push that promotes lifting of the feet to avoid drag. I love them.”
