Harrison's Adult Lifetime Fine 1lb Organic Parrot Food Reviews

4.9 Rating 34 Reviews
Read Northern Parrots Reviews

Because birds can be intolerant of artificial pesticides, fertilisers and preservatives, Harrison's Bird Foods developed the first 100% Organic bird food.
The ingredients are premium whole grains and are approved for human consumption.
Adult Lifetime is recommended as year round maintenance formula for healthy, non-breeding birds including Lories, Cockatiels, Lovebirds, Quakers and other small to medium Parrots.
If you're changing your bird's diet from a seed based one, then it is advised to complete a dietary program of High Potency (see product 5803) for a period of 6 months first.
We would recommend a veterinary health check prior to changing your bird's diet.

I've been using Harrison's Birdfood almost a year now, and my birds are very healthy and happy. It takes time to get them used to it for some. But you can starve them for a few hours and they will eat them.I recommend Harrison's. but just pellets isn't enough, you might want to give them fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables as well.

I took a chance with these after difficulties with purchasing Zupreem Fruitblend, and really hoped that my Tiel would like them. She took to them immediately! They are just the right size for her, and even though they don't smell as nice, they must taste fantastic to her! I don't think she'll ever look back now! Going from brightly coloured pellets to plain ones hasn't even put her off.I also like the slightly smaller resealable bags which means she'll get through them quicker, meaning she'll have fresher food! The fact that it's organic gives me confidence in what she's eating too!

this product hasnt become a favourite to my little conure, tho my old budgies love it? im trying to encourange the conure to get them as a treat after tricks and this seems to be working as she now goes to the bowl by herself to eat them. i probably spoil her too much which is why she doesnt wanna eat them, she prefers the other fruit, and sunflowers and evening meal to pellets :P
