What a fabolous foraging idea, I have bought several and use my own skewers to hang them, it allows me to add jazzy beads and all sorts to spice it up.The key is to fill them well, we put millet in the centre but wrap it well in unbleached paper and parts that have fallen of other toys like wooden blocks and wicker balls, the more you add the better!Be aware to leave a path in the middle of the ball so you can get the skewer threw or you won't be able to hang it. you can even just leave them on cage top and hope they don't roll off. They are hours of fun as it spins and slings around and is a great treat for birds regardless of size. Can't wait to get some more!

My African Grey rolls this around on the floor and on her parrot tower. It is quite large and heavy (especially with things inside). If it was slightly smaller it would be ideal. It is an ideal size for a Macaw.
