“Honestly the product is very well designed. Looks really nice and draws are easy to open as not sturdy like others. The instructions can be a bit confusing as I accidentally drilled backwards causing unwanted holes but more my own error. Customer service is helpful in this however. I would recommend.”

“Really pleased with the Otto Chest of Drawers 6 Drawer in Silk Grey. Very good quality materials and excellent value for money. Easy to put together, all pieces and fixings are labelled and instructions are clear. Knocked one star off as the drawers are not as deep as I would expect looking at the pictures but that's fine for me as I hang most of my clothes.”

“Really pleased with the product had slight damage to a couple of parts but dealt with really quickly very impressed with customer services.The only issue I have is I was just expecting the two damaged pieces but was sent out a full box with pieces I don’t need which seems a total waste and not necessary thanks Chris”

“Value the money. It is what I have expected, no colour difference and the quality is good. It's definitely not those sturdy materials as oak but given the price I think it's worth it. It took me some time to assemble though. Delivery is fast and had no trouble.”

“Good communication throughout. Very nice looking chest of drawers. Relatively easy to put together - took a couple of hours. Drawers aren’t very deep but that’s what we needed.”
