“Absolutely terrible quality and would not recommend. I had countless issues after purchasing this product - firstly they didn't deliver to my flat despite paying £20 for delivery and instead left the product at the front of my building which is a good 100m from my actual flat. It was too heavy for me to carry myself so I had to hire someone to move it who also built the product. Then we opened the product to see it was missing half of the runners for the drawers. When I contacted Noa & Nani they resent the missing runners but again only sent half of those required. It took weeks before I had all the necessary parts. Finally, I hired someone with experience to built the product for me and was told that the runners and design of the drawers was very poor and they were very difficult to fit. Then when fitting the final two drawers at the top, it became apparent that one gap was 2mm smaller than the other and the drawer does not fit. We have tried everything and it simply does not fit. I contact Noa & Nani again to check with their team about why this is and how to fix it and it has been over a week with no response. Save your money and go to an established brand.”

“Lovely drawers look very stylish in the room and good quality for the money . Pleased with them . The drawer runners are very fiddly to install so maybe that could be improved but once in they work fine . Generally very happy and arrived quickly too”

“The chest of drawers is absolutely solid and looks fantastic. It was very time consuming putting it together (5 hours with power tools) and a drawer runner was broken. I sent clear videos, photos and requested a new one. They sent me a bag of random items. I requested it again, they sent another package and it arrived whilst we were out (a drawer runner should fit through a letterbox). So it went all the way back to them again. I have got tired of this and bought a new drawer runner from B&Q at my own cost now.”
