“Looks great and my son loves it. Sturdy for children but wouldn't recommend adults climbing into it. The trundle bed is great, it slides in and out really easily. This took one persona full day to put together. Would probably be quicker with 2 people.”

“We bought this as our son’s first ‘big boy’ bed, having chosen it because it seemed to tick off our checklist of having a side rail (he would often be found half out of his toddler bed), a mid-sleeper similar to his older brother’s bed, some storage and a trundle bed for future sleepovers. It has certainly been a success now we have had it a few weeks. As other reviews have said, it does take a while to build and even though my capable husband initially dismissed the suggestion he did spend about 3-4 hours putting it together. Four rather than five stars relates to the easily marked paintwork and the flimsy (as yet unused for sleeping) trundle base.”

“Purchased this bed as really liked the pictures of it. Extremely sturdy bed, looks very good, perfect height for accessing my 4yr old son and contrary to some other reviews, although it does take some time to build, it is not overly complicated and the timing is not excessive. My son loves it. I’d purchased the mattress and coat hook to match in the 20% sale and great price for all.”

“It’s a good quality, well made bed. Instructions didn’t make reference to the internal wooden supports which may catch some people out when building the bed. On the whole I’m very happy.”

“My little boy is thrilled with his new bed - it is great quality and looks fabulous. It did take a little while to put together as there are lots of elements with the trundle and drawers and an electric screwdriver definitely made it easier! Very happy with my purchase, it was delivered in just a couple of days and I had a 2 hour time-slot for this which went very smoothly.”

“Quality bed that my daughter loves sleeping in. Delivery was quick and professional with plenty of contact to keep me informed on when they were coming. The assembly was a bit hit and miss, the instructions were wrong in several stages with pictures showing incorrect screw/dowel locations but a bit of common sense and it all fell into place. It does take a few hours to assemble and having a helping hand is good too! All in all great purchase.”
