“We bought this mattress to go with our high bunk bed (also from Noa and Nanni. It’s came well packaged and fast. It fits perfectly in the bed and is comfortable. Our son has been very happy sleeping on it and we have peace of mind that he’s sleeping safely without any risk of rolling off the bed!”

“I ordered a Texas High Sleeper Cabin Bed and Ari Trundle Mattress from Noa & Nani on 8th July for my daughter — over £300 spent — and I still haven’t received the full order. I emailed straight after ordering to ask if I could pay for next-day delivery and was told no, but assured it would arrive by the end of that week. Fast forward 10 days: the courier has lost one of the boxes and refuses to deliver the others until all three are located. I’ve tried to cancel and reorder, but Noa & Nani say this isn’t possible until the lost boxes are returned to them. In the meantime, I’ve been told to just wait it out. No working phone number, painfully slow email replies, and zero urgency to actually fix the problem. This has been a complete shambles from start to finish. My daughter still doesn’t have her bed and there’s no clear end in sight. I honestly wish I’d ordered elsewhere. Avoid if you want reliable delivery and actual customer support.”
