“We are so pleased with how the Lottie day bed looks in our 4 year old’s room. It’s probably a little high for her as her first ‘big girl bed’ but she is a good climber and manages to get in and out of it fine. The storage underneath is great and I was pleased to see the drawers are really sturdy and will take some weight. The bed frame itself doesn’t feel as solid as I had hoped but absolutely fine for a child (I’m just careful when laying on it with her). We had issues with the delivery process as we had a box missing and had to wait double the time for it all to turn up, but I cannot fault the Noa and Nani support team who rectified this as quickly as they could. We also added the pocket 600 mattress for it which is super comfy and fits perfectly.”

“The bed is great and my son loves it. This is the third bed we have purchased from here and every time we’re happy with the great quality and service. This time we had delivery issues but the team resolved it so quickly and were amazing.”

“Really happy with the bed and the quality. I have had to remove 2 stars as the delivery experience has been very poor. Firstly, the courier had our delivery sitting on preparing for delivery for a week, no indication as to what the hold up was. When it finally arrived a part of the order was missing. It has now been 5 days since the originally delivery and there is no indication on when my missing parts will arrive. I have followed this up directly with Noa & Nani and they are not able to give me any indication of where my missing parts are or when they will arrive. For refernce, I placed my order 16 days ago.”
