“I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of this bed and how the situation was ultimately resolved. The bed arrived without the screws and fixtures required to assemble the under-bed storage, meaning a key feature of the product could not be used. To be fair, customer service initially responded promptly and attempted to resolve the issue. However, over the course of several months they sent five different sets of fixtures, and every single one was incorrect. After months of waiting and repeated failed attempts, I eventually gave up. What made the experience even more disappointing was that the company refused to send a replacement bed. Instead, they offered just a 20% refund for a product that was incomplete and could not be assembled as advertised. The only alternative they offered was a full refund, but this was conditional on returning the entire bed. This was not a realistic option. Returning it would have meant completely dismantling the bed and leaving my 5-year-old daughter without anywhere to sleep while waiting for the bed to be collected, processed, and the refund issued. We could not afford to buy another bed upfront and then wait for the refund to come through. The whole experience caused unnecessary stress, and my daughter became very distressed at the thought of losing her bed. As a parent, I felt I had no reasonable option. We were effectively forced to keep a bed that was incomplete, missing essential components, and not as described. While I appreciate that the customer service team responded promptly, their repeated failure to supply the correct parts over several months, their refusal to replace the faulty product, and their offer of only a 20% refund for an unusable feature fell far below what I expected. After months of inconvenience, delays, and frustration, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.”
