Bought this bed for my girls quite a few months ago, Very lovely bed, my girls love it! Easy to set up, came on time with no damages to the product during transit. The stairs are sturdy my daughter can climb up and down without any issues, Very happy with this! Thank you very much for a wonderful service. Will be using this site again. We also ordered a mattress from here which is super comfortable for my youngest daughter who gets a good nights sleep.

My son always wanted a bunk bed, I bought it and it’s lovely and he loves it.

My son is absolutely delighted with his new bed and cannot wait for comfortable sleepovers instead of airbeds on the floor. We were slightly worried the bed would take over the room, but in actual fact the clean unfussy lines and a slight rejig of where the old single was positioned have made the room feel more spacious. We're currently decorating our daughter's bedroom with the intention of also replacing her single bed with the same triple bunk. We're particularly pleased at how much head room there is on the bottom bunk too.

I have never written a product review before, but I feel that in this instance, I have to. This bed is very poor quality and communication with Noa and Nani has been appalling. The slats supporting the bed are made from very thin wood, and many of them were split when they arrived. More unfortunate is that there is a major design fault, namely that the space for the double mattress is 5cm too large for the standard size double mattress that Noa and Nani sell alongside it. The cavity space in which to sit the mattress is 140cm wide, whereas the mattress is 135cm wide. This means that we can see the slats underneath the mattress. I have been emailing the company about this for weeks and while they do respond (it takes several days for each email to be replied to) they have done nothing to rectify the issue or to provide an adequate explanation. At first they said the mattress just needed time to expand fully, then they said that the problem was that the mattress was pushed too far to one side, and the latest has been that we just need to centre the mattress on the bed. The mattress is 5cm too small for the bed cavity so whether there is 5cm space on one side or 2.5cm on each side, it makes no difference. There will still be a gap and it is not only unpleasant to look at but potentially dangerous if a child gets their foot caught in the gap, or caught on one of the screws that are needed to fix the slats to the bedframe, and which are exposed when the mattress is too small. Who designs a bed where the space for the mattress is too large?! To buy another mattress is very difficult as the size we now need (190cmx140cm) is a European size and therefore not available here in the UK. And to commission a mattress company to hand-make us a new mattress to actually fit the bed, would be more than the price of the bed! I have not been impressed with Noa and Nani, and do not intend to buy from the company ever again.
