“The bed is really lovely, we brought it as a first single bed for our 2 year old. She looks tiny in it but also so adorable. The instructions are easy to follow and online under the bed on the website so even if you lose them you can always go on to the page and find them. It seems to have a slight squeek on one side when you get in it but will see if that goes in time or might need tightening. The mattress is amazing, we only went for the bog standard one that you can tie in for a deal with the bed and it is soo comfortable, slightly harder mattress which is perfect. Overall its a really lovely bed and would happily get another for our younger daughter when the time comes. The only down side which was a big pain was the delivery. We were delighted when we got a message from the delivery company xdp to say it was coming several days before the estimate. The frame, slats and mattress arrived one day and for some reason the ends came the next. Drivers were lovely but at least an hour later than the slot we were given earlier that morning. I noticed the box had a different colour written on it and when I checked it was both the wrong colour and wrong bed. Customer service were very good but as you can't pick up the phone it took several days to sort with the back and forth. They sent out the right part which arrived a few days later and then the wrong part had to be collected another 2 days later. I guess in some ways thank goodness for being home for lockdown! All in all a lovely bed but troubles with getting the right parts.”

“We were looking for a bed for my 8 year old granddaughter. My son found the Noa and Nani website. He was looking for a bed that wouldn't be too childlike and would last her onto her teenage years. The bed is great because...... 1. It's easy to assemble 2. It's sturdy and comfortable 3. It looks great and really is a focal point What more could a girl ask for!”
