“Having had my eye on this bed for a while I ordered it on the 6/11/23. It arrived approx 9 days later with a part missing. So I emailed and they sent a replacement part which took over a week to arrive. It was still the wrong part. So I emailed again. The correct part arrived within a week. However upon inspecting the headboard was damaged, only slightly but still chipped. So I emailed and was told to save further inconvenience, once they had received the incorrect part they would look at a discount. Nobody turned up to collect the incorrect part, thus I had to email again to get it sorted. All in all it took from the 6/11/23 until 19/12/23 for everything to be sorted. The discount offered was 15% which equated to just over £20. After all the hassle and inconvenience it was a major insult. To be fair the communication from the girl at customer services was great. But I would never recommend or buy from this company again. Photos show how the bed arrived and the chip mentioned.”

“Very pleased with the sleigh bed, exactly as I was wanting. Looks lovely in my little girls bedroom. She’s very chuffed with her big new bed. It's not too high off the floor which is ideal. The bed was delivered within about 3 or 4 days, was easy to make up. I would fully recommend. I purchased the Otta single mattress Hypoallergenic High Density Foam at the same time which is very comfortable”
