“The quality of this bed is amazing, and at such a good price too! It is very strong and looks expensive. Make sure you order a mattress that is designed for bunk beds. A deeper mattress could cause a child to fall out due to the height of the safety rail. I would have given 5 stars, but took one off due to the delivery. When I have ordered large items from other companies they email/text in the morning to confirm delivery and give a time slot. We stayed in all day and eventually phoned at 3:30 to find out if it was out for delivery. I was given the time slot over the phone, so they could have told us earlier. When it eventually arrived every single box was very badly damaged, some with large holes in causing the bed inside to be exposed. We were expecting to have to return it due to damage, but luckily everything was fine.”

“Excellent bed and is very well built. Went together very easily and is of good quality for the price. Only slight issue was that the number of slats on the lower bed have been increased (which is great), but the number of screws to hold them down has not been increased as well. This was easily sorted and not a major issue. Our daughter loves it and is looking forward to having someone round to stay. Glad we bought this one after looking for a while and highly recommended.”

“This bed was really easy to build as every part was clearly numbered with easy to understand instructions. My 4 year old loves the bed and it's very sturdy. I can lay on the bottom double bed with her with plenty of room. I'd definitely buy a bed from Noa & Nani again.”

“I’m sure the final product is excellent however I have received cracked pieces that I was promised replacement for. After a week it finally arrived but they were a completely different size. I then discovered that other pieces in the original box were also the incorrect size. I am still waiting for this to be resolved. Customer services is very slow and basic and no one seam that bothered that I’m an upset customer. I’m not impressed with this company at all!”
