“We had a lot of trouble with this purchase. I ordered the bookcase and it came quickly, but when I came to put it together I had a duplicate piece and was missing another. I contacted customer service and they arranged for a new bookshelf to be sent. Great. At least so I thought. The second bookshelf was dinged and still didn’t have the correct pieces. This one had various duplicated pieces and missing pieces. Between the two bookshelves I could make a shelf, but it was more trouble than it should have been and if I only have the second one I would have been very disappointed with the finish.”
