“When I received my product it was slightly damaged so I contacted the customer service team via email and they were absolutely amazing, sent me out a new bookcase which I received within two days and I absolutely love it looks so lovely in my sons bedroom and fits so many books in! Love the product and the customer service was flawless all in all a great experience with this company thank you!”

“This item originally arrived damaged. We had our next day delivery charge refunded without any quarrel and after sending pics of the damage a new one was sent out and received within a couple of days. I am in love with these beautiful shelves! Excellent quality, looks amazing and I can’t believe the low price of them. I am even more impressed with the service I received - especially from Jade who we spoke to and kept me informed throughout the entire process - she helped to calm me with her professionalism a week before Xmas (and whilst also being heavily pregnant!). Thank you Noa & Nani, will definitely shop from you again!”

“Really beautiful classic bookcase that matches the Thor bed. Really handy to be able to screw to the wall. I would say it holds 15 decent sized books. More if smaller books. Would definitely reccomend.”

“These are a beautiful shelf and really easy to put together. The only issue I had was they were being mounted into plasterboard so once the plaster board fixing was in the wall the screw that fits that plug has a head too large for the openings found on the rear of the shelf. I had to take the screws that matched the plaster board plugs to have the heads made narrower leaving both length and diameter screw intact. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a smaller plaster board fitting. But it worked and they’re up and they’re beautiful.”
