“This is a sweet bed. It was quite difficult for my professional builder to put up, so definitely something I wouldn’t consider doing myself, despite what the person at the helpdesk said! Sadly two corners of the roof planks were damaged, probably from being dropped en route, but the rest of the treehouse was up by the time they went on so obviously I wasn’t going to pay the builder to dismantle the whole thing, pack it all up, and send it back. This was disappointing, particularly considering that I had to wait nearly two weeks for delivery, despite the ‘next day delivery’ advertised on the website. Overall, a nice bed but very expensive for what it is, and given that it arrived damaged.”

“Purchased the treehouse for my 7 year old daughter. The treehouse was delivered by Noa&Nani (not a courier) within 4 days.. Delivery was spot on time (in fact 10mins early). The tree house bed arrived in 3 boxes (one of which is very large and heavy and difficult to manoeuvre). You need a large room to build the bed. You definitely need another pair of hands. All the pieces except two were numbered in pen by hand. The instructions were easy to follow. There was one long length of wood (number 15) towards the end of the build/instruction that isn't shown when it's fitted. It took my son and I approx' 3 hours to build taking our time and several breaks. The last 2 pieces to fit are the 2 sloping roof panels. They fitted perfectly, however the finish of the right panel was different in colour and quality to the left. I built the bed on a Sunday morning and I rang Noa&Nani on Monday morning and spoke to an extremely understanding and helpful lady. That night I took 3 photos of the cream panel and sent them to Noa&Nani. I was emailed on Tuesday to confirm part 23 would be swapped and delivery was made 3 days later on Friday at 0715am. The treehouse bed looks amazing, It provides a den underneath my daughter uses with bean bags to read and use her tablet. It's the perfect height for her and for my wife and I to lean in and read to her. Negative: I had to sandpaper a millimetre or two off of the hardboard back panel the runs the length of the bed. It simply wouldn't fit in the groove between both end panels, but it only took a couple of mins to rub down. So with the treehouse bed arriving in 4 (I was advised it could be 10 working days on purchase), looking stunning and easy to build and the excellent customer service I received I have to give the bed and Noa&Nani 5 stars ! Just set yourself a whole morning or afternoon to build it.”

“My daughter loves her tree house bed. Very easy to assemble. Instruction are easy to follow. I did have a problem with one of the ladder rungs splitting but customer service were great and sent a replacement immediately. Very good quality. Will be buying another one when my other child is big enough.”

“It was quite easy to assemble, it took my husband about 4 hours. One piece needed to be cut down to fit and some of the paint work is rustic. But that’s part of its charm. My three year old loves this bed and I am so impressed that children’s beds are this cute. Why sleep in a standard bed when you can sleep in a tree house?”
