Overall, really pleased with our Christopher Treehouse bed (with slide). The quality at this price seems very good and the bed certainly feels solid. Paint finish and packaging were excellent. The instructions are barely adequate but if you are comfortable building flat pack furniture you will be fine. What is frustrating is that N&N have not created a combined set of instructions for the bed AND slide. Much of the advice you need can already be found here but some tips based on my experience: 1. Have an electric screwdriver or impact driver with a 5mm hex (Allen) bit, and a cross-head (Philips) screw head to hand. There are dozens of bolts and screws which, if done by hand, will take considerably more time and effort. 2. The instructions suggest fitting all the dowels first - I think this is a good idea but only because the instructions fail to call out where dowels are needed throughout the process so, if you don’t want to do this, just pay close attention as you build the unit to ensure you fit dowels where required. 3. If you have space, take the time to unpack and order the pieces by number (they all have a number stamped at one end) - it will make the build process much quicker and easier. 4. Note that the slide pack contains a specific end piece for the bed needed to create the gap through which your child will walk to step onto the slide, Have this to hand when building the bed or you will have to dismantle part of the bed later to fit it. 5. Fit the windows before fitting the roof. 6. The roof is made of two panels - you might want to place the one with the roof window at the opposite end to that pictured so think about that before you fit and screw down before realising it would make more sense at the other end of the bed. Overall this bed looks fantastic and, of course, our 6 year old absolutely loves it - what child wouldn’t!! :)

Horrible customer service, and horrible instructions to build up the bed. For two weeks I waited for a response to the email with no solution. Lots of issues with the missing parts, and broken parts. I want to return the bed but will cost me another £150 to pack and fold the bed, as I paid £150 to build it up. Overall the bed looks good but the way things are been handled is very unprofessional.

Pros: Great looking bed once assembled. Feels solid and my little one is over the moon with her bed. We spent ages looking for a bunk bed with a slide, and there were several on Amazon, but we went with the Christopher Treehouse bed because we wanted to be sure we were buying something of quality; and it is. Everyone who has seen the bed has been impressed! The not so good: instructions provided are appalling. It was not straightforward at all, and instructions provided are incomplete. The instructions didn’t include the bottom bed. After a lot of back and forth, I downloaded the instructions of the other variations of the bed- with slide, without slide; with bottom bed, and using the three sets of instructions, we were able to put it together. I would suggest that the Noa and Nani puts together complete instructions in the correct order, as for example, you need to do the windows first, before the roof or you end up removing the roof after it has been installed. We are also having trouble with one part- attaching the bottom of the slide frame to the main bed unit. I contacted customer services for guidance. So far, they have been helpful. In spite of the effort that has gone into putting this bed together, the end result is fabulous!

Very happy with this bed. It's very sturdy and the children love it. It takes a while to assemble and the instructions do not indicate how to built the slide on the right, but with a bit of patience it can be figured out.

Lovely bed. Instructions not brilliant but workable with patience and time. The front windows need putting in to place before the roof is installed. I have only put one window on as with both and them not being easily removed without taking roof of, it is near to impossible to make the bed . The window would be so much better if they were easy to remove. Overall looks amazing but practically not as good .

Took a little time to put together, if you’re having the slide too I suggest doing that first as you need the side panel off. After all the reviews I wasn’t going to get this bed but I tell you I am so so happy we did. Thankyou

My four year old absolutely loves this bed, she's excited to go to sleep every night and loves playing underneath the bed too. Building the bed did take 7 hours as the numbers on the wood wasn't printed well therefore I had to guess what went where. But overall the bed is built extremely well and is absolutely worth the 7 hours it took to build it!
