When my chest of drawers was damaged, the level of customer service was outstanding and they had a new one sent to me within days. The final product when put together is stunning. “Absolutely gorgeous draws. There was one slight mark on one which we need to touch up. But these are NOT easy draws to assemble, it took a long time with lots and lots of different parts. But worth it as they look good.”

“The Karlstad Chest of drawers was easy to assemble. 2 people required when assembling just the main structure. It is very sturdy and the drawers are secure as the rails are screwed in, stopping my young daughter from pulling the drawer out.”
