“Very flimsy. Worried to move it in case it collapses! The overall paint / finish is poor. We had issues with part of our order being missing and the customer service has been appalling. Would definitely not recommend”

“Really disappointed. The metal locks are awful and do not fully close. The frame feels flimsy - it defiantly won’t last. The draws are extremely shallow. 2 of the larger draws don’t stay fully closed and slowly slide back out after closing it - which I can see someone else had a problem with in another review (wish I’d seen it before purchasing). All of the drawers don’t close properly into place. The wood arrived scratched. The top draw is wonky. I changed some drawers around to try and fix the sliding out problem - and noticed one of the drawers comes out further than the others? Overall, I wish I’d just stuck with IKEA. Not sure how this product has such good reviews as I bought this in the hopes it would be very sturdy and it is the exact opposite of that. Every time I use it I become frustrated, I even pulled out a drawer the other day and found a loose lock had fallen out!? The instructions were so unclear, I had help from 2 other people and it still came out bad. Overpriced and a waste of money :(”

“Such a shame a this is a lovely looking chest but as you can see by the photos it arrived damaged.o have been trying to contact the company with no joy, I would not buy from this company again as customer service is non existent”

“Great item and it looks really neat! It matches my already purchased bedside table and it’s completed my bedroom. Easy assemble, nice and sturdy and plenty of drawers!”
