“The unit outside went together really easily as did the draws but unfortunately the draws did not slide easily to open and close. Had to get a carpenter to come and look and the brackets were stuck. He was able to release the sliding brackets and they now slide easy. Cost me the price of a carpenter for an hour but the unit is heavy, strong and looks great.”

“Very impressed with the overall quality of the parts and fittings. It was a calm, focused and rewarding experience putting it together with proper metal screws and fittings which all fitted perfectly and were all numbered. Great instructions and advice! Such a relief compared with other flat pack providers handing out dodgy fittings, virtually no instructions and no numbering of parts...so frustrating. Should've been a 5 star rating but there was a slight graze on one of her doors and the final top two drawers were a little out of line which I probably could correct if I knew how to remove the drawer to access the screws on the side runners.....advice please. I've included photos of the grazed drawer and shown that I was careful with constructing them on clean, soft surfaces. Also the uneven drawer fittings are shown.”

“I purchased Karlstad Chest of Drawers 5 Drawer Tall in Classic White for my mum's bedroom (along with a matching bedside table) and am really impressed! The packaging was fantastic, everything protected really well, and out of any flat pack furniture I've ordered this has to be the clearest assembly instructions I've ever received. Took some time to put together, but the result was so easy because of how clear the instructions were. The quality is really strong, looks gorgeous and is great value! Would 100% order again and highly recommend!”

“Easy to assemble. Looks smart and looks the part when assembled. A classy item to purchase. Instructions are easy to follow, also a youtube link is sent in an email so you can watch how to attach runners on the drawers.”
