“The diagram was easy to follow and the pieces were labelled clearly which made the drawers easy to assemble. However, I was disappointed with the quality and finish of the furniture for the money. The top was scratched but I am able to hide it with a table lamp otherwise I would be asking for a replacement.”

“I love the Karlstad collection! I ordered the 3-drawer chest because I was really pleased with my earlier purchase of the wide chest of drawers from the same collection. The instructions were clear so it was very simple to put together. I am impressed with the quality and it looks perfect in my bedroom. I would recommend this item to others.”

“I ordered two of these to use as bedside tables. Had a slight delay with delivery but all resolved in the end and they arrived. My husband assembled the first in about an hour and a half but the second one went together a lot quicker once he knew what he was doing. All in all, I am so pleased with them. They were exactly how they were pictured on the website. Drawers are very spacious and open and close perfectly. Would definitely purchase these again and customer service have been great to deal with. Very prompt in answering emails and very helpful with their responses. Thank you!”

“The delivery was very fast. The chest of drawers are really well made and very easy to assemble. Although we did have a small issue it was rectified immediately.”
