“I purchased the Karlstad chest of drawers from this company and am so pleased with how it turned out. Not only were the instructions for putting it up really clear, but it was really easy to do! The drawers open and close really smoothly. I would definitely recommend. Delivery took (understandably) a little longer due to the current climate but when I messaged them about it, I received a quick reply with information regarding delivery. I will be buying from this company again!”

“I emailed your company regarding the chest of drawers I have recently purchased. The item came damaged. The top of the drawer unit has 3 quite large marks. I attached pictures to the email which I will also attach to this review. I did say I would accept a percentage of the cost refunded or a new top piece for the drawers as this was a gift for my daughters birthday. Hopefully we can resolve the matter quickly as this is a really beautiful piece of furniture it is just a real shame. Regards Samantha”
