Came without several bolts missing, making this bed unbuildable. After finally getting a reply to my emails regarding this, I was advised to check the box again. No further replies after this. Very condescending.

Bed looks brilliant, wasn't meant to be here for weeks but it arrives about a week after purchase. Can't wait to get it built in a few weeks when I a new house and see my daughter's excitement. The boxes aren't huge either do was easy to move and store

Solid, well made and adored by a small person! I bought this having read a few sub optimal reviews but can’t fault the bed for a moment. It’s solid, well made and seems like it can take a fair bit of rough play. My daughter LOVES the slide. A few small issues. The parcels turned up in 2 boxes on different days which was annoying. The princess themed tie ins weren’t as good a quality as the rest of the bed and while they look good, are pretty impractical but they’re hardly charging unreasonably for them. The labelling and instructions aren’t the easiest in the world to follow and are only oriented for right side stairs so you will need to think ahead to reverse non symmetrical items. That said, absolutely great quality on initial inspection (and far too exciting for a very unsleepy five year old!!)

Absolutely fantastic. My 4 year old daughter loves it. It was easy to put up on my own, I spent around 2 hours putting it up. Instructions are easy to digest. Great bed.

Was very easy to assemble, perfect height for my nearly 4 year old. The slide is a huge hit also providing my daughter and her teddys with hours of entertaiment. Added some fairy lights underneath making for the perfect space for our bedtime storys.

Summary: Fantastic bed, sturdy, playful and easy to construct but the material panelling could be a bit better. Purchasing Experience: (5*) This was our second attempt at trying to purchase a 'princess castle bed' for our 4yr old daughter. The first attempt was frustrating, having ordered via WayFair, waiting a month with no communication and only receiving the tower with nothing else (No bed, etc). We were sure we wanted a bed like this so we thought we would try a second time with a different company.. along comes Noa and Nani. What a difference the second experience was! The bed and all the extra's included were £90 cheaper and delivery was next day! Wish i found it here sooner!! Construction Experience: (4*) I would give the instructions 4* as there was a few occasions where i had to go over the same section a few times to ensure i had the correct bolts and was going to be putting them in the correct place. Overall though i would say they were clear enough to follow, all tools are provided although i decided to use my own and everything lined up when constructing all aspects of the bed, our daughter even helped me put it together, putting the wood dowels in the holes etc. I would say it is possible to do this as a one person job (I did) but would be eased with a second. Finished Article: (Main Bed 5*, Extras 4*) The bed looks fantastic, the wood seems of good quality which i was concerned about when i originally purchased it. (because it was such a good price). The white paint finish is even and smooth on all the components. The only aspect of the whole bed which could do with improving is the material curtains and tower, the material is very thin and the ties rip off very easily, one came off the first night the bed was up due to daughter tripping on the door way underneath the bed. Enjoyment Factor: (5*) Our daughter(4yr) and younger son (2yr) absolutely love playing on the slide, climbing the tower and reading books under the bed in the 'hide away'. At night time our daughter likes the tunnel as she believes it protects her from spiders and the bed organiser is a great place for all her dolls to sleep with her but not clutter her bed space. This bed is a great addition for those who don't have enough space in there homes for a separate play room as it covers both parts, play in the day, sleep at night. Would i buy another? Yes, when our son is a bit older we will be buying him his own to sleep in at night when we don't have to worry about him throwing himself out in the middle of the night. Would i sleep in it? No... it looks awesome and all but i think i would be far to heavy for this construction! So don't be tempted to try the slide out etc... leave it to the kids!! the ones of the right physical and mental age ;-)
