“The bed was damaged on arrival, the cardboard was ripped and it appeared to have been dropped. Customer service were great and offered to replace the damaged part. Unfortunately when we opened the rest of the package there was a damaged step and the bed slats was so bowed it was very difficult to fit them and is not very comfortable. We had to use the bed as my daughter old one had already been sold. We are hoping the slats will straighten out over time and customer service have said they will replace the damaged step. Over all, the bed is a good price and customer service is excellent, but the quality of the bed is not very good.”

“I am so happy with this bed. I chose free delivery & it was with me within the week. It was fairly straight forward to put together & I did it on my own over two days. It was a total room make over so I made the desk, ladder & bed ends up first & checked all the bits were there & undamaged. A week later when the room was ready I assembled the bed & attached the desk. My son, age 5 absolutely loves it & creates dens underneath. My 7 year old is very jealous so he may be getting one in the new year! The bed seems very solid, no creaks. Highly recommended.”

“We bought this bed for our 6 year old and she loves it! The added feature of the pull out desk is a big hit as it makes her feel grown up and also provides storage for all of her books and random bits and bobs!”

“Solid construction, looks good. I put it together by myself but would be easier with 2. The pull out desk is far more complicated and doesn't feel quite so solid but still seems fairly good, my son is very pleased with his first 'big boy' bed.”
