“This is the second one of these I have had to replace since I bought the machine. It includes the remote control unit the old one of which was no longer in good condition and the tube locking system no longer latched properly. The parts service was excellent. The fact that the repair was necessary at all highlights the fact that Nilfisk do not engineer their products with robustness in mind anymore. I won't buy Nilfisk brand products again as planned obsolelcence is not OK when we should be conserving the environment and not consuming and discarding resources needlessly.”

“Genuine part. Could not get this in any local shops, even the one that stocks Nilfisk cleaners! Happy to recommend this company.”
