We all know that diet is the most important thing for keeping small animals happy and healthy, and that forage should make up about 90% of their diet.

One day, whilst complaining about the poor quality of hay being sold, one of our friends said: "You know the hay I take into the Middle East for their thorough-breds? What about bringing that in to the UK for rabbits and guinea pigs?"

And that's how Nibble & Gnaw got started!

“The hay itself is great. The issue is like others have also said here recently, the customer service seems to have dropped off a cliff. Emailed multiple times to change my subscription as their subscription page online still doesnt work. No reply for days. Have had to contact my bank to cancel the payments. Very disappointed in this because the hay is great and my pets love it but unless they can find where their customer service has gone I'll be going elsewhere”

“A little softer than the first cut but still crispy enough to be great for teeth. Smells really fresh. The bunnies really enjoy it”

“I’m a regular buyer of the 1st cut hay, (which my rabbit loves) when this wasn’t available to order, I ordered 2nd cut and it was a complete waste of money, loads of brown bits in there that my rabbit won’t eat. Wasted £68, won’t order again really disappointed to be that much out of pocket, had to order elsewhere”

“I've been buying the second cut Timothy Hay now for 4 years and the quality of the hay is always superb. I used to buy from Amazon but I've now subscribed to Nibble & Gnaw for my hay. I've bought other hay before when I ran out but none compares to the quality of Nibble & Gnaw hay plus my piggies prefer it I reckon. The customer service and communications from the seller are top notch!”
