We all know that diet is the most important thing for keeping small animals happy and healthy, and that forage should make up about 90% of their diet.

One day, whilst complaining about the poor quality of hay being sold, one of our friends said: "You know the hay I take into the Middle East for their thorough-breds? What about bringing that in to the UK for rabbits and guinea pigs?"

And that's how Nibble & Gnaw got started!

“Our two older house rabbits are on a strict diet and we go for 2nd cut because it is 'softer'. Throughout the years we have purchased hay from different sources but of late we keep returning to Nibble & Gnaw. Good quality hay that smells delicious and must taste so too because Picco and Roxy chew the long strands happily, and their feeder is replenished daily. It is compacted and well-packaged - lasts longers than expected when loosened.”

“Found a great hay for my fussy chinchilllas. I’ve gone through a few different brands and Nibble and Gnaw is lovely and super fresh. They particularly like the soft smaller delicate pieces of hay.”
