Everyone involved in Nibble & Gnaw is a pet owner. And we all want the same thing: our pets to be happy and healthy. That’s our mission. It's the reason we founded the business.

We all know that diet is the most important thing for keeping small animals happy and healthy, and that forage should make up about 90% of their diet.

One day, whilst complaining about the poor quality of hay being sold, one of our friends said: "You know the hay I take into the Middle East for their thorough-breds? What about bringing that in to the UK for rabbits and guinea pigs?"

And that's how Nibble & Gnaw got started!

“Our little one has a sensitive tummy and requires careful consideration when it comes to feeding. We have made several purchases of 1st cut Timothy Hay from Nibble and Gnaw and have been very happy with all purchases. We have tried other brands when availability has been limited, but have always returned to Nibble and Gnaw. We have found Nibble and Gnaw to provide the best quality product for our little one.”

“Our 2 rabbits definitely prefer This hay to all others they have tried. There is less dust than many other brands and this product is more substantial than some other more wispy varieties.”

“Our bunny had a couple of episodes of gut stasis and was quite poorly but since she and her friend have been eating Nibble and gnaw 1st cut she's been well. She loves nothing more than sitting in the box munching happily.”

“The hay really is in a different class to others. It’s thick, green and flowery. Our rabbits go mad for it and it makes the shop bought hay look appalling! You get what you pay for and your bunnies will thank you for it!”

“Recently purchased this hay as my bunny didn't seem keen on the 1 I had originally bought her from elsewhere and wasn't eating it. On opening the box I had a extremely happy bunny. Great value for money and the quality of the hay is lovely and can see the difference.Happy Bun Happy Mum”
