I have worn out four pairs of Scarpa Cyrus GTX walking shoes over the years. A tough dependable shoe which I find really comfortable. My standard trail walking footwear.

This is the third pair of these particular shoes that I've had. They're comfortable, waterproof and long lasting.

My second pair. Very comfortable but less durable than a more rigid boot.

My third pair - they get well used - speaks for itself. Indispensable.

Straight out the box they fit fine. As with all walking shoes they'll need breaking in a bit but no pains or soreness in 4 walks of 4km so far. The uppers are quite soft and soles are wide enough to accommodate a bunion I have. Remember a Euro 45 is actually UK size 10.5 so this helps me with size 10 feet giving a little extra room. My Euro44 (also size 10 but actually 9 5) from another supplier last time crippled me for months
