“Leaks terribly .. every time water is put into the cup the straw fills up. This means that when the lid opens the water goes everywhere.. my toddler.. the car.. the sofa. It’s I asked for advice and was told repeatedly this is due to the change in the temperature of the drink.. ??? And that I should undo the lid to release pressure. This didn’t work and on complaining again I got the same advice. Tap water does not change temperature immediately after filling and for cups that are £9.99 each this is not acceptable. I was then told I could only return cups that hadn’t been used?? I had tried each cup as I bought a set of three so I couldn’t return them. Disgusting customer service and I’ve since read numerous reviews saying the same thing. Do not buy these.. please don’t waste your money and then he insulted when you complain.”
