“Positives: very aesthetically pleasing. Good size for little one.
Negatives: constantly leaks and spits out liquid. The straw comes in different components which detach from each other, and constantly having to fiddle about with it to reattach.
Note: contacted customer service to see if they could help. Tried all suggestions to no avail. Replacement straw was sent but did not help.
Sad this cup didn’t work for us as there are so many glowing reviews. To landfill it goes.”
