“I've purchased so many cups for my son over the past few months, and the Tum Tum Tippy Up Cup is the only one he actually likes. He managed to chew and damage the straw of his first cup after four days of use, so quickly purchased another cup as he won't drink water from any other cup. Bought the extra straws from the website, and paid for next day delivery just in case. Great product, but was let down by their next day delivery. Received it a day later, and I had to email for a refund on the price difference for postage when I think this should automatically be done if there are delays. Other than that, great product.”
“My 6 month old took to them right away, which was a big relief! Impressed they don’t leak and I can take them out with us. Only complaint is she threw one of them and the flicky pet of the lid popped off and was lost to the ether, never to be seen again. That’s our stay at home cup now, but owly will be missed.
We also had a delivery issue (not tum tums fault) and customer services were great!”
