“I've purchased so many cups for my son over the past few months, and the Tum Tum Tippy Up Cup is the only one he actually likes. He managed to chew and damage the straw of his first cup after four days of use, so quickly purchased another cup as he won't drink water from any other cup. Bought the extra straws from the website, and paid for next day delivery just in case. Great product, but was let down by their next day delivery. Received it a day later, and I had to email for a refund on the price difference for postage when I think this should automatically be done if there are delays. Other than that, great product.”
