“Lovely rich tasting sugar that I use to sweeten hot chocolate or sprinkle over porridge. Nice to know I’m getting some benefits rather than depleting effects from a sweetener. Haven’t been using it for long enough though to notice any noticeable health effects however.”

“I bought it as a complement to the nano soma as it seems to have the same core element (policosanol). I tried it once by putting one teaspoon in a glass of water. I was suspended it wasn’t sweet at all. It had an almost neutral taste. I’ll need more time to see if it has any effects. I plan do not plan to use in baking as I don’t see the point of buying a “raw” product if you gonna cook it. But that’s just me.”
