“I have seen a few reviews about pieces sent being too large, but I wanted a large piece rather than lots of small pieces sooooo I asked, and sure enough cant remember how long but very quickly, I received one massive lump of the stuff, I knew what it was before I even picked up the package, I could smell what it was, even though it was extremely well packed I could smell it clear as day. So I received a beautiful calmly curved piece that was spot on the right weight and fits into my hand like I had carved it that way, it is very pretty wood with all the lines and curves, almost too pretty to burn, almost. So seriously very very happy, I am going to order a second piece because I am greedy and love the stuff, its great quality, great value, fast delivery and they gave me one lump/stick which is what I asked for. Absolutely no complaints, at all . . . . nope cant think of any”
