“I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence but since I’ve started taking this I’ve been sleeping better! I bought it to help balance hormones, so it’s probably too early to tell whether it’s working, but it tastes really nice, which surprised me! It’s really good quality too, super fine and just delicious. I mix with other powders in water but also add a spoon to my morning smoothie.”
