“Really good for energy, a little goes a long way, don't overdo do it, gives me a burst of energy soon as I take it. can cause aggression if the energy is not channelled or if you take too much, best to counteract with something that contains natural phytoestrogens like fenugreek seed extract or horny goat weed.”

“The fact that this product is banned in the EU and they’re trying to ban it in the U.K. is a testament to how effective it is as a herb. I notice an immediate difference when taking this herb. My adrenal energy feels strong and I notice a more balanced momentum of energy throughout the day. I would say that most men would really benefit from taking this herb.”

“I’ve Been taking this food supplement for the last month and found it very good for improving your energy and mood especially if you’re getting older and you need a boost. I only take this in small amounts and recommend finding your own supplement level 200mg works for me but I’m also using other supplements Recommended tho”
