“I’ve been taking Tonic Gold M daily in either my morning coffee or porridge for over 6 months. It is an excellent, clean, cost effective blend of Medicinal Mushrooms, Moringa Leaf and He Shou Wu; the taste is bland and acceptable with no additives or fillers etc. I am a very active 70 year old lifetime runner at 5k to 100mile Ultra level. I am convinced that the extract contributes to my ability to remain healthy, compete at a high level and the He Shou Wu has the added bonus of maintaining most of my hair colour.”

“I use it as a coffee alternative several times a day. To me, it tastes similar to coffee (less bitter, I feel) which I normally don't drink. But one of my friends who is a regular coffee drinker tried it and gave a glowing review :) I'll be back for more.”
