“This is my mum favourite tea. I was so happy to introduce her to this. It was an easy sell for its reputation as a beauty tonic. I also have this every night before bed. It really calms me down and helps to relax my nervous system after a long day. It tastes wonderful on its own but I always add a blob of honey.”
