“You may need to be patient it was solid when it arrived, but after a couple of days at room temperature it was soft and ready to eat.A delicious honey and well worth the money , a very sweet yellow honey, and I have no problem with this honey it taste good but not very complex I was hoping for more floral notes to come through and also more of a floral aroma.”
