“Well, where do I start? I must admit I first became interested in sea salt having read Holistic Dental Care by Nadine Artemis of Living Libations. In the book, Nadine recommends salt as a simple and powerful antibacterial and alkilizing agent. This information resulted in me researching salt and sea salt in particular with regard to its effect on overall wellbeing rather than oral health alone. Having tried different brands of sea salt, including Saltverk, I have decided to try one by Navi Organics and I have never looked back. Not only are the quality and taste of the salt on a par with the likes of Saltverk, but it is a lot more cost effective. Since my discovery, I have used Navi's sea salt to aid in my hydration and electrolyte balance as well as in my culinary creations. I like adding a light sprinkle of Navi's sea salt in my morning beverages, usually in a glass of warm water with 1 gr of Navi's schisandra berry powder and 5 gr of creatine monohydrate. I also like using a dash of sea salt in home made chocolate with some reishi powder, astragalus and blue green algae powder.”

“I love this salt so much, I find myself craving it. It is flavourful and crunchy, a great topper to most foods and soups. I especially like it to mix it with warm water/lemon/honey in the morning. This makes a great little gift to give to someone who enjoys cooking. The best salt I have used.”
