“This was my first time trying Tiger Nuts so I dont have a comparison, but Im pretty impressed with them. They have a really delicious sweet and caramel-like flavour - much sweeter than any other nut (although they arent technically nuts, theyre tubers). Ive been enjoying taking a little pot to work as to have as a mid-morning snack with coffee, which is a great combination. The only thing Im still getting used to is the texture. Theyre chewy, which is really nice at first, but after a few grinds of the teeth, youre left with a kind of cardboard-like substance thats very dry and fibrous. This is growing on me now. It makes them a good snack because its impossible to eat them quickly - they take a while to chew. A small number fills you up for a long time too. Plus the nutrient profile of them is excellent. Ill be making Horchata with them soon as Im keen to try them in their milked form. Definitely recommend.”

“I find these delicious having a few added to to the bowl containing my breakfast mix. They are filling and soft enough for me to chew compared with the unpeeled pack I had before which I needed to soak for 24 hours to soften. Although they are not cheap because I only have a few every day the packet last me a long time.”
