“Hmmm? I put a teaspoon size in my smoothie every morning for a month and didnt feel any benefit. I wasnt expecting miracles, and I probably needed to use for a full 6 months before any alleged benefits were gained, but alas, I thought a little boost might be felt after a month, but nothing.I didnt taste any difference to my smoothies, but thats down to the banana which manages to disguise anything thrown at it It might help with some people, but sadly not for me.”

“I only started to use the product. Best way for me is to mix the powder with yogurt and honey as I dont like the taste of it. I have try to mix it with water and even with coconut water but did not like it so happy I found the way to eat it now and lets see.”
